2015 Results

Well done to all the competitors.

We would like to thank all of the competitors and helpers for their attendance today, without which we would not have been able to hold this competition. The 1st in the UK!

With the feedback received during the day, we are pleased to announce that we propose to hold the competition again next year in 2016 around the same time. Please check back on this website for further updates.

Please can all of you who attended please provide feedback using the comments page.

Those of you who have not received your medals, or the team trophy we will arrange to get these to you soon.

  • A big thank you to all the organizers, the event was very well run and very enjoyable. Morten thought the same and liked the event type a lot and he will be happy to enter the next one that comes along, including indeed around the same time next year.

  • Congratulations to all competitors and to the organising team for producing what we believe to be the first competition in the UK to be run to the new ISSF “Target Sprint” format and making it such a success. Well done.

We anticipate growing interest at all levels in this new shooting discipline and it will feature in the National Scout Rifle Championships at Bisley in October. See http://www.scouts-shoot.org.uk/nsrc/next for details and an entry pack!

  • Great event! My son’s first go at anything like this but he really enjoyed it and will be keen to participate again next year. Thanks and well done to all the organisers.

    • David did well for a first competition, look forward to seeing him at his first rifle club session on Tuesday.

  • Our Scouts and Explorers thoroughly enjoyed the event, and expect to return next year. Many thanks to all who helped organise and run this event. I am sure it will grow year on year as the news gets out. We will certainly promote it.
